Ruth Warne
We like to think of Ruth as our Mother Hen. She is, however, far more than that. As Owner and Co-Creator, Ruth is very proud to be involved in running such a wonderful centre. She believes in a strong sense of family and community, along with being a very astute business woman. She successfully owns two other businesses, and feels the need to give back to the community by opening a third business that focuses on the healing, wellbeing and empowerment of others. She has herself attended many different Metaphysical and Spiritual Training Courses, along with having a broad depth of life experience, giving her the wonderful qualities of wisdom, compassion and empathy.

Amanda Warne
Mandy is an essential part of the success of The Body and Soul Workshop. As Owner and Co-creator, along with being the daughter of Ruth (we like to keep a family spirit alive) she has brought her own sense of style, flavour and sensational business skills to the centre. She, like Ruth has also been a successful business owner in her own right, yet her deeper desire was to pursue a vocation within the healing, spiritual and metaphysical fields – an area she has been pursuing and studying for some time. She is a natural psychic, highly intuitive and lots of fun to be around. Her excitement, passion and enthusiasm shine when she sees the results of this heartfelt work. Her natural warmth, exuberance and determination make her integral to the ongoing success of The Body and Soul Workshop. While she is the marketing, advertising and business engine she too has many spiritual skills and talents she enjoys balancing with her progressive business skills.

Debra Bull-Warne (soon to be)
Deb is our creative engine. She just loves the metaphysical and spiritual fields, and it shows in her heartfelt work. As Co-Founder of The Body and Soul Workshop, Deb shares her immense knowledge through creating many of the wonderful and often life changing courses and workshops at the centre. She has built an excellent reputation over the years, and is considered one of the more prominent and credible spiritual practitioners on the Penninsula. She also happens to be the future daughter in-law and sister in-law of Ruth and Mandy (yes, we love to keep it in the family). Her passionate, imaginative and creative approach makes her work, and those she teaches “stand out”. She is warm and approachable, yet deeply knowledgeable and wise. We feel very blessed to have with us at The Body and Soul, the very popular, talented and exceptionally gifted Helga Carmona. Helga is an experienced Medium/Channel and has being doing this work, both professionally and unprofessionally (having experienced her "gift" from a very young age) for most of her life. She has both developed and written her own Mediumship Course, which we are very proud to be running at The Body and Soul. Helga is a committed professional and she puts her heart and soul into this work. Her natural abilities, coupled with her warmth and compassion make her an important part of our team.

Kelcy is a qualified child care worker, making her a wonderful asset for working with children. Kelcy is committed to her spiritual journey and her natural talents, her grounded yet open minded approach and her genuine compassion make her a wonderful and professional spiritual practitioner. You are likely to see Kelcy at the Body and Soul actively involved in sharing her talents and spiritual awareness.

Kellie Crothers
Kellie is our exceptionally talented Yoga Teacher. Kellie has many years of experience in the Metaphysical and Spiritual fields, having amassed a wide array of talents and skills. Kellie teaches our Meditation and Self Discovery class, bringing a depth of spiritual and life knowledge with her, along with a gentle and genuine approach. There is not a lot that Kellie can’t do (she will hate us for saying that). She paints, sings, draws, plays guitar and makes the best chocolate brownies around. She is a trained numerologist and tarot reader, along with being a reflexologist and a relaxation masseuse. Kellie is a busy lady. We forgot to mention she trained in the USA with a top yoga instructor, along with extensive training in Australia.

Zoi Penogolou
Zoi is the lady we all turn to in a crisis. In reality, Zoi is our very talented, professional and highly trained Holistic Counsellor. A qualified psychologist, Zoi has worked in many areas of psychology over the years, including abuse, addiction and grief. Zoi is also a passionate and knowledgeable spiritualist. With both of these qualities, Zoi is the perfect choice for Holistic Counselling. Zoi is also a new mother, granting her enormous hands on knowledge of children. Zoi’s modern, yet incredibly professional approach grant her amazing insight and approachability. You are guaranteed to feel comfortable and safe with her.

Ruth Massas
Ruth has the Midas “touch”. Her hands on healing, therapeutic and massage work is simply sensational. She is the “Shiatsu” queen. Ruth has a perfect blend of knowledge in both the chemistry and biology of the body, along with the “energy” and metaphysical aspects to healing. She has a PHD in Medical Science along with an amazing array of spiritual and therapeutic tools. She is the perfect person to teach the Relaxation Massage Workshop at The Body and Soul. Her in-depth knowledge gives her workshop the “extra” edge. Her one on one healings are worth their weight in gold. Brad Austen
We are very fortunate to have Brad Austen on our Meditation Circle team. Brad brings with him a depth of life and spiritual experience. Brad, who is a professional meditation recording artist has now produced his 3rd CD (two of which are guided meditation CD’s) only adding to his already professional resume. Brad has been studying metaphysics (in particular Meditation) for some years now. He has both a passion and a depth of knowledge in many different aspects of metaphysics along with being a total and complete gentleman. You are sure to admire Brad – I know we do.
